How we develop your custom improvement plan:

  1. You’ll go through an extensive analysis process with the Growth Coach DenverTech to determine where you are now, where you’d like to get to, your improvement priorities, and whether you’d like to commit to a 1 or 2 year coaching program
  2. We will work with you to set starting points (what does something look like now?), clarify expectations for improvement (what will that something look like when you get there?), establish long term and short-term goals (what? when? who?), set benchmarks for testing progress (where should you be at certain points?), and set up an accountability system (who are the people and what are the processes for holding you accountable?)
  3. From there we will build your personal improvement plan featuring the order of quarterly focused areas of improvement, your goals, your benchmarks, and your accountability methods
  4. You’ll get set up with your personal on-line coaching dashboard called “Coach Accountable”, an exclusive feature of The Growth Coach DenverTech, that will act as your 24/7 coaching assistant
  5. From Coach Accountable you will receive everything you need over the course of the program, including:  your monthly focus area, the weekly “one-thing” assignment, audio and video support segments, tools and templates, assignments, direct communication with your coach,  and any tracking metrics we set up as part of our engagement with you

The Strategic Manager Program for is for managers and leaders in all areas of business to help them:

The Strategic Manager program is a year-long program that features 4 quarterly half-day retreat/workshops, designed to introduce key management and leadership concepts.  Then over the ensuing 3 months, participants can go to work executing the concepts and ideas in their day-to-day life.

This is much different than learning about management concepts in a one-time seminar or workshop.  Our programs are designed for real ownership of the concepts, where participants develop new mindsets, attitudes, and adopt best practices, developed and honed from the thousands of managers we’ve put through our Growth Coach Strategic Manager program over the past 20+ years.

The quarterly half-day retreat/workshops are held at convenient locations nearby, enabling participants to get out of the office, but not have to travel.  Individuals from a variety of different companies (but who are all at the same place within the annual program), will come together to learn, interact, and share ideas and best practices.  The groups are usually between 8 and 10 with no more than 15 in a group.

The purpose of the retreat/workshops are really to pull back from the day-to-day tactical grind in your business in order to relax, reflect and strategically work on your business.  You will learn the unique Growth Coach Strategic Mindset process which will enable you to think, act and respond more effectively within key areas of managing and leading your people.

In between the quarterly retreats, you’ll receive weekly and monthly support training and exercises designed to help you execute the strategies to ensure the ideas and concepts turn into reality.

Bennett prefers longer-term relationships (though short term projects are an option in the right situations) with select sales organizations. This is because creating a Championship Culture often involves system-wide changes and a consistency of message when it comes to coaching, training, and accountability.  Bennett also likes to keep engagements simple and straightforward with a monthly retainer and defined bonus amounts tied to the achievement of specific benchmarks.    Typical programs involve one to two days per month on site with Bennett (either at the client’s location or at his coaching center in the DenverTech area),  coaching and training for company leaders, and coaching and training for individuals involved in sales and service activity.  Bennett works on re-defining messaging, establishing best business-development practices, leadership skills, sales skills, and then an accountability function that may include Bennett holding everyone on the team accountable to doing the needed work.  Monthly fees range from $3,000 – $6,000 per month (minimum commitment of 6 months) – plus bonus amounts based on attainment of set production goals.
