Greg Bennett  has been a professional business and sales trainer, coach, author, workshop leader, and keynote speaker for 30 years, and now he’s launched The Growth Coach DenverTech!

“My driving passion has always been to help business leaders, managers, consultants, and salespeople achieve to the level they NEED to be in order to win their “Championship”.  I call it a Championship Model of coaching and training, and it’s certainly not for everyone.  Most people simply want to improve  a bit and call it a day…and that’s perfectly fine, improving is good.  But it’s not what we’re all about.  We help our clients determine their championship and then train, drive, plead, push, pull, walk-along-side, and encourage them to do what they need to do to get there!”   Greg Bennett.

Bennett started his training and coaching career in 1987.  At the time he was a radio advertising salesperson and was frustrated with the various training sessions his management would send him to.  “We were exposed to Sandler, Tom Hopkins, SPIN Selling and others…and they were all great, they just didn’t resonate with me.  I wanted something deeper, more psychological in nature.  So I thought, let’s just study the way Psychiatrists act and see if we can’t apply it to sales.  I mean they are always ranked among the world’s best listeners, while sellers are always dead last.  I figured if I could model the way the worlds best listeners think, act, and control various situations, then apply that to the worst listeners on the planet, salespeople…I could have something.  So I came up with an entire sales approach based on that…and called it “PsychSelling.”

Since 1987, Bennett has trained and coached hundreds of organizations and thousands of leaders, managers, professionals, and salespeople, using his PsychSelling methods.  He’s the author of five books, and ebooks on sales management, sales strategies, and overall motivation.  His clients have included Fortune 500 companies, Disney, T-Mobile, iHeart media, over 200 professional and collegiate sports organizations, top management consulting firms and countless small, medium, and large sales organizations.

In April of 2017, he launched The Growth Coach DenverTech to focus more of his time on coaching and building a Denver-based organization.
